Winter Snows 2009-2010 page 2
The first and deepest snow came Dec 18 and Dec 19.
The birdbath is about 24 inches in diameter so the snow is about 24 inches deep.
Our car is snowed in for good. When the snow ended our neighbors, the Veners, used their snow blower to dig us out.
From our office window the snow is deep and covers everything except the trees. Luckily the snow was dry and did not stick to the trees. The picture is towards the yard of neighbors Sally Frasier and Bob Cox.
This picture from our TV room shows part of the back yards of our home and that or neighbors Cindy and Neil Vener. The Christmas cactus bloomed well and just in time for Christmas.
This sunrise shows that the snow from Dec 18 and Dec 19 is still on the ground, just visible at the bottom of the picture.
