The first good snow this year came the week of Dec 12. It kept me from going out for several days and some of the sitters had to get here by special transportation.
I think the lake had been frozen before the snow. Here the snow on the lake has melted but the ice remains.
Margaret's sitter Courtney is also a beautician. She put up Margaret's hair in three styles in just a few minutes. To begin she pulled up the hair into a knot on the head held there by rubber bands. I had wondered when she asked about rubber bands.
This is the third style, more to what Margaret is accustomed. Margaret is looking in the mirror and is pleased with the result.
