Hunt Steppe Family
This is the only picture I found of Joshuary Hunter Steppe.
Nellie Jordan copied it from the original that Shirley Mitchell has. The
original seems to be a large hand colored photograph.
Hunt’s wife, Rosa Alice Rosser stands with daughter Beulah
Steppe. I don’t know anything about the old house behind them; maybe it was the
family home at the time. (Yes, Aunt Alice Mae Steppe says she remembers that
was their home. She told me this summer 2002.)
