Ben Waller’s first family
Ben’s first wife was Sarah Francis (Fanny) Brown. She bore
him two children: James (Jim) Ferdinand Waller and Mary (Mollie) Elizabeth Waller.
Their children were half-cousins of my mother. Mother kept in contact with at least
one half-cousin, Bessie Hill Arthur. I have a letter from Bessie to mom that
gives the information on her part of the family.
Here are photos of the children of Ben Waller by his first
wife. He is James Ferdinand Waller and she is Mary Elizabeth Waller. He married
and raised a large family and is buried with his wife at the Waller home place.
I don’t know where she is buried.
